There are now 9 teams fighting for their playoff lives. There are 5 spots that still remain, which means four of these teams will go home to train for next year. Clearly the pack at 8-4 has the best chance, but after week 12, we learned to never count your eggs before they hatch. Just ask the Carolina Muddogs.

- My GOD! The Goo Crew's Seattle DEF scored 55 points in week 13. 55 POINTS! That's a higher score than 13 of our PTL teams entire Defensive points! Wow! It broke the PTL Hall of Fame Record by 18 Points!

PT Bruisers vs. HP Lampshades
Once again the Bruisers are up against the wall. Last week they were the David to the Lightning's Goliath. This week they will try to do the same against an even stronger foe. Much like real life The Bruisers' Ben Rothlesburger came through and while leading his team to victory in week 13, he earned the week's best QB award. This week he will have an even tougher opponent as he faces a Chicago Defense that has been dominant. On the other hand the Lampshades big name player, S. Alexander is facing an puny San Fransico defense. Unforutnately for the Green & Purple, the dream ends on the last week of the season. The Lampshades are finally going to turn the power off to the PT Bruisers playoff dream. (unless Your Daddy loses too)

Tempered Onyx vs. Goo Crew
As of now neither team is in the playoffs. The Goo Crew, after week 14, will be packing up and planning for 2006. But the Onyx still have the dreams of a postseason just one win (and some help) away. But a win a week before the post season is going to come harder than they think. The Goo Crew in the past couple weeks have emerged as a serious threat. In week 13 they were the highest scoring team in the league. The Onyx are desperate. They need the win and we at the PTL think that they will pull off a close match and sneak into the playoffs with a loss by one of the other teams
