THE
TOP 4
|
1. |

The
awards and accolades keep pouring in for the PT
Bruisers. We haven't seen a team so dominant since
the 03 Lone Rangers helmed by the seemingly unstoppable
P. Manning. One more win and these guys have the
first stamped ticket to the playoffs. |

The
Jurocks got back on track in Week 9, scoring the
week's best score of 153.50. Think they were mad
about the loss to the Malibu team in Week 8? |
3(+4) |
|
Mark
jumped 10 spots in week 7, 6 spots in week 8 and
yet another 4 spots in week 9. He was the last hope
to many in the North to finally knock off the unbeaten
PT Bruisers, but came up short with an off week.
It feels a little odd putting one of Mark's teams
this high in the rankings, but you have to admit
that the killers are looking like a hard team to
beat. |

Once
again the dogs have found a way to win in the uber-competitive
South Division. With 5 wins in a row, they are now
very close to clinching a spot in the playoffs. |
The
Second Tier

Can
the Crew buy a break? Going up against a dead-in-the-water
Roid Rage Pappy's Crew should've expected a score
of 124.4 to win the day. Unfortunately, the bad
luck hit them again, as the Yellow and Green somehow
woke up for a week and posted a score of 126. |
6(+3) |
|
Guess
who's rising in the ranks again? The Bashers took
their mediocre score and barely put a W on the table
against the struggling Mtnears. If they can continue
to be "lucky" they should keep winning
these close games. |
7.(+1) |
|
With
an overall record of 9 and 4 they are the second
best team in all of PTL. Unfortunatly for the Rangers,
most of these wins (3) are against South Division
teams in Ghost Games. This means that they are not
as high as they would like to be in the North's
pre-postseason rankings. |
8.(-3) |
|
The
lightning took a big hit in week 9, losing to their
arch-rival the Swingline Sabers. This old-school
matchup was as close as it could ever be as the
red office equipment picked up the W by only 2.85
points. |
9.(+2) |
|
The
Club finally came to a close in Week 9, losing a
close one to the Jagermeisters. Although I am still
hesitant to bring this team into the top tier, they
have seeminly earned a spot by their 7 and 6 winning
record and total score of 920.35. |
10. |
|
How
do the Jagermeisters pull it off? They yanked yet
another team off their laurels and dragged the Culture
Club down from their perch. With an overall record
at .500, and a total score of 918.4, the black and
gold drunkerds are doing their best to stay in the
hunt for the postseason. |
The
Muddled Middle

The
Mtnears are falling fast. With the 4th loss in a
row they now pop up on the Hall of Fame's losing
streak board. How long until this free-fall stops? |
12.(+5) |
 |
Could
Maxton have finally put his team to work? Two wins
in a row, and an overall record of 7 and 5 finally
give the Bigmaxers' credibility. |
13.(+3) |
|
Malibu
won their 2nd game in a row and climbed two spots
in the South. They are one game above 500 and, despite
total points only being 793.65, they are finding
a way to win the big games. |
14(-1) |
|
A
Second loss in the North really hurt the mexican
demons. They are now hovering at 9th place, one
spot out of the playoffs. They need to come up with
a few more good scoring games in order to, not only
win, but post higher overall scores to leapfrog
teams with similar records. |
15.
|
|
The
Lampshades probably thought a score of 122.8 would
win in week 9. Unfortuantely for them, the Jurocks
played out of their minds. If these guys can continue
to score these big games they should find their
way back into the playoff rankings very quickly. |
16.(+3) |
|
For
the 4th week in a row the Crusaders failed to score
in the triple digits. Lucky for them, they managed
to score higher than the struggling Inferno. With
a North Rank of 6th, they need to hang on with all
their might to stay in the playoff race. |
17.(+3) |
|
Corny's
team put together a rag-tag group of players and
found a way to beat the free-falling Goo Crew by
more than 20 points. Unfortunately for the "Good
Ole Boys" they are one loss from being out
of the playoffs, and in the competitive South, you
can't count on too many wins week to week. |
18.(-4) |
|
After
a run of 4 wins in the North, the Inferno was brought
back to earth with a loss in week 9 to the Krypton
Crusaders. It also doesn't help this team that they
have lost every single ghost game to the South. |
19.(-7) |

Losses in a row in the South is almost a death sentence.
Unless Andrew wakes his Crew up, he'll continue
to fall in our rankings, and fall in the playoff
race. |

|
What
a win! The Sabers pulled one out of their butts
to close the tight race in the North. More games
above 100 points should keep pushing this team farther
up the poll. |
21.(+2) |
|
Don't
ever count the Leviathans out of the race. Due to
every team in the South beating up on each other,
they are still only ONE game away from being back
in the playoffs. A season high score of 139.4 also
doesn't hurt their cause. |
22.(+2) |
|
Has
the Rage sprung to life? With a score of 126, they
were able to beat one of the North's premiere teams
in a very close game. |
The
Bottom 4
|
23.(-5) |

The
Culture Club absolutely hammered Hanso in Week 8,
The Leviathans (once thought to be a dead team)
absolutely hammered Hanso in Week 9. Anyone else
want to take a swing? |
24.(-2) |
 |
A
Record of 4 and 9 doesn't get a team any closer
to the playoffs. The Devils are stuck in their own
hell. |
25 |
 |
Even
a win in the Bye week can't get this team off the
bottom. |

Don't
make that trade Randy! |
